SMS Messaging Policy/Opt-In

By signing up for any of our services, you agree to opt-in and receive SMS messages from us regarding your account. These may be automated notifications to alert you of a payment that is coming due, a payment that has been made to your account, password reset links, two-factor authentication tokens, or that a trouble ticket has been made or cleared for services on your account. Additionally, we may use SMS messages to communicate with you directly regarding support issues with your service. You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying “STOP” to any message that you receive from us.


Pricing, Fees & Refunds

For Carnegie Telephone Company services, and those of its affiliates, our pricing is dependent on the type of service we provide, and to what service area the service is provided. We serve, through our company and its affiliates, both regulated and deregulated markets. The Broadband Labels listed below provide detailed listings of fees. we provide refunds only for partial months of service that are paid and not used. You can also use the service configuration tool, available at https://connect.carnegietelco.com which provides a detailed list of services, prices, fees, and options available at any location currently in our service areas.

For Carnegie Mobile customers, the services provided are prepaid and no refunds are issued for partial month(s) of service not used.
